If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the “Service”, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Upon completing your purchase or payment plan, you will have "Lifetime Access" to the current version of the Online Courses provided by Qi Zhang Consultancy. "Lifetime Access" means you'll have access to the content and their latest updates  in the Core Modules and Bonuses for as long as the course exists.

 

6. Refund

Our commitment is to make a positive impact on people's lives. Therefore, we offer a "money-back guarantee" for all Online Courses provided. If you don't feel satisfied with the value received or believe we haven't delivered on our promise, you can email us at qi.zhang@bridge-enrich.com  within 7 days from the date of purchase of the Online Course. We will promptly refund the amount paid, excluding any external fees, subject to the following conditions:

1. Deadline to Apply for Refund: To qualify for a refund, you must email us within 7 days after the course commences (for Online Courses with immediate access, we count from the date of purchase).

2. Proof of Course Work: We'll request your completed course work to ensure you gave it a genuine effort, and we'll inquire about what didn't work for you so we can learn and improve. You must email your course work to qi.zhang@bridge-enrich.com before the deadline.

 

Please refrain from enrolling in our courses if you're only interested in "checking it out." We invest significant time and effort into all Services provided, and we expect the same level of commitment from you.

7. Accounts

To purchase any of our Online Courses or use the free online tool (iCompass) provided by www.ichingcompass.com , you must register for an account on our Website(s). If you already have an account, simply log in using your username and password.

When creating an account, ensure the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities conducted under your account, whether on our Service or a third-party service. Do not disclose your password to any third party and notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized account usage.

Usernames must not infringe on the rights of others, be offensive, or violate any laws or trademarks without proper authorization.

We are dedicated to ensuring that you have a positive experience with our Service. (a) Limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Online Course without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments; and/or

(b) Terminate this Agreement.

The Service and free content provided on the Website are focused on learning and personal development. You are not permitted to promote your services, solicit your products or programs, or share links through contact forms, blog commenting areas, or Online Course community spaces.
